Inside JAMEX

The Jamaica Tourist Board invites you to join us for JAMEX 2008. This event is the ideal opportunity for qualified meeting professionals to learn about unique facilities from knowledgeable suppliers while exchanging ideas and information with other planners. During the program you will conduct site inspections, attend a trade show and develop new ideas and relationships that lead to better business and better events. As our invited guest, each qualified planner receives complimentary hotel accommodations, ground transportation, all meals and registration materials. Please note, our national carrier, Air Jamaica, will be offering a very special JAMEX airfare from their gateways, which will be the responsibility of the planner. To be considered for this program, please complete both qualification and registration forms and submit.

Who Qualifies/Conditions:

• Corporate/Association/Independent planners of meetings, event, incentive, training/conference programs or conventions, with verifiable meetings history.
• Planners with groups yielding a minimum of 50 room nights.
• Planners that are considering Jamaica as a meeting destination and have open meeting dates within 24 months of the event for which a site has not been selected.
• Planners who have not attended a Jamaica Marketplace in 2 years.
• Independent planners must indicate clients/industries served.
